For owners Anita & Vincent Frodl, cooking has been a life long passion.
"I started as a young girl standing on a chair beside my grandmother watching and learning and eventually getting my hands right in there beside her," Anita said. Over the years, she made her way through the corporate world, gaining more experience and fine tuning her skills as a caterer.
Our philosophy is simple: use the best ingredients and pay close attention to seasoning. All of our menus feature the same high quality ingredients that Anita's grandmother used. "[It's] the way food should be made," Anita said. "Every event is treated as if it were a special occasion for our family."
